I learned a lot today. I used a heating pad under my back. It really relaxed my muscles. I also need to increase my time on my exercises from my home program. I now know just walking will not be the only thing to help to get rid of my stiffness and pains.

Sina is knowledgeable, professional, and most importantly truly caring. I've been going to PhysioSinaMedic for almost five years now, and honestly, I’m a returning customer. I tried another highly-rated place for a while, but Sina is in another league by a huge margin. For all my injuries, I'd also tried myself different exercises, but only Sina fixed them relatively quickly. Hopefully, I can book with him next time if anything happens, he is a busy practitioner.
